Digintu conveys the promise of computerized innovations, boosting the prosperity of human-centered organizations and societies. Our vision is a world where access to the latest breakthrough digital technology is intuitive, immersive, non-disruptive, non-intrusive, non-exclusive, at lower costs, and for the ultimate well-being of humankind. Founded in 2016, Digintu empowers businesses and end-users with powerful digital instruments.
We aspired to solve the challenges of bringing digital transformation to non-technical business users. Not up-scaling the non-technical workforce for future growth causes $900 billion lost to the economy every year. Today we witness a surge of digital transformation caused by the pandemic and financial/war crisis. Our team believes that the digital intuition paradigm will help cope with this trend. Our goal is to create significant economic success for our customers while empowering emotional, psychological, and social well-being in businesses and societies by building better connections, understanding, and impact through humanized transformative technology.
Our customers have lived with the frustration of manual video management every day. We couldn’t believe our customers were still annotating their videos per hand, leaving most of them in a graveyard of archived disks. It took too much time and resources to monitor their online video content on social media or websites. Most of our customers implemented public or private video surveillance systems, generating an exaggerated amount of video content. We implemented a solution that could recognize optical characters in videos to help a customer automatically extract short clips from large surveillance videos. We gradually added features for transcription, logo recognition, explicit content removal, object detection, person detection, and face search to accommodate the market demands.
Digintu.find was launched in 2022 at Digintu by a team of AI engineers, led by Dr. Michel Kana, who brought years of experience in big data analytics to the product to make it a success. Michel is a Harvard graduate in data science, with academic and corporate experience in computer vision and artificial intelligence for media content recognition and understanding. Michel was previously head of data science at Emplifi, and a business intelligence specialist at United Parcel Service for 12 years. He has worked as a researcher in computational neuroscience at the prestigious Technical University of Prague in various positions for 9 years. His research has been integrated into Digintu.find’s video content analysis engine, as well as the company’s emotion and expression recognition engines (https://immersively.care). Digintu's CEO Lucie Kana, who was previously a manager of corporate customer support and inventory management at ExxonMobil guided the product's vision. Lucie brought over 10 years of experience in financially leading agile projects towards outstanding outcomes.
